REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

All registrations to the Tachycardia Fashion Festival Event are made with Coloco Private Limited and entered into subject to these terms and conditions. By making a registration you agree, on behalf of yourself, your institution / boutique / organisation and attendees from your organisation, to be bound by these terms and conditions. In these terms and conditions, the expressions ‘you’, ‘your’ and attendee(s)’ means the students / designers / freelancers / others participating at the Event.

Definition of an Event

An Event is defined as a Fashion Festival – Fashion Shows, Exhibitions

Cancellation of an Event

Coloco Private Limited reserves the right to alter the contents of any Event or the leaders / presenters of any Event and / or the venues at which the Event is planned to be held and to cancel the Event at its sole discretion. In the event of a cancellation by Coloco Private Limited, a full refund of the registration fee will be made with no further liability on the part of Coloco Private Limited.

In the event of cancellation of the Fashion Festival by Coloco Private Limited, it will endeavour to contact all attendees to the Event wherever possible through the contact details given by the attendee.

Incidental expenses

Coloco Private Limited is not responsible for reimbursing travel, accommodation or any other costs or expenses incurred by attendee(s) to the Event.

Cancellation by you

No Refunds will be made for participants withdrawing just before the Event.

Payment

If payment is required for you or your guests’ attendance, you will be required to make the payment online before the registration process is complete.

Special Passes for the Event will be made available on a first come, first served basis and you will not be registered to attend the Event until a confirmation has been received from Coloco Private Limited. (Conditions Apply)

Photographs and / or video footage may be taken at the Tachycardia Fashion Festival Event of Coloco Private Limited and your image may be used on websites, publications, promotional material on social media and publicity in the future. No references will be made that link your image with any other personal data, unless specifically agreed. If you are concerned about your image being captured via video or photograph, please contact the events team on +91-88250 22222 or speak to them in person when you arrive at the Event.
